Your help is needed so that eligible American businesses can obtain Section 301 tariff refunds

Many American businesses have found themselves unable to obtain refunds of duties paid on excluded China Section 301 products because the product exclusions were not granted until after their import entries were liquidated.   Due to the delay by the U.S. Trade Representative in granting the Section 301 tariff exclusions, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has indicated that they lack the authority to refund the duties without Congressional action.

A coalition of trade associations and companies is urging Capital Hill lawmakers to pass an omnibus bill that includes language that authorizes CBP to refund all allowed China Section 301 duty exclusions, including liquidated import entries.

OCEANAIR kindly urges you to contact your Representatives and Senators on Capitol Hill to help these eligible importers receive their Section 301 duty refunds.
