Matt Kaplan is the Chief Executive Officer of OCEANAIR and has been part of his family’s business for nearly four decades. A Northeastern University graduate with a degree in Transportation and Logistics, Matt began his career in OCEANAIR’s warehouse during high school. He went on to work across many roles within the company, building deep, hands-on experience. A Licensed Customs Broker, Matt has played a key role in OCEANAIR’s growth over the past four decades and remains focused on the company’s long-term success and future.

Justin Andrews is President and Chief Operating Officer of OCEANAIR, bringing more than 30 years of experience in logistics and transportation. A graduate of Regis University, Justin has worked with several multinational companies across all facets of the industry, including warehouse distribution, domestic trucking, international air and ocean freight, and customs brokerage. He leads strategic growth initiatives, drives operational improvements, and ensures exceptional service delivery across the organization.

Joe Wyson is Executive Vice President and co-founder of OCEANAIR, with a career in transportation and logistics spanning nearly 50 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the Maritime Academy and an MBA from Bentley University. Joe has been a licensed Customhouse Broker since 1985 and has extensive international experience designing warehousing and logistics solutions for global importers and exporters. His role centers on expanding and managing international agent partnerships while supporting long-standing global accounts that are critical to OCEANAIR’s worldwide operations.

Ron DelSapio is the Chief Financial Officer of OCEANAIR. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he majored in Accounting, and holds both CPA and Notary Public certifications. With extensive industry experience, Ron brings deep expertise across financial and operational disciplines, including controls, banking, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, audits, and financial modeling. He also plays a key role in business planning, integrations, and mergers and acquisitions, supporting OCEANAIR’s long-term financial strength and growth.

Beth Eckman White is the Human Resources Coordinator. A University of California graduate with a degree in English, Beth manages the full scope of HR operations. Her responsibilities range from recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll to employee engagement initiatives. She also leads the setup and maintenance of OCEANAIR’s HRIS system, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Kristen Morneau is OCEANAIR’s Compliance Director and has maintained a long-standing relationship with the company for a decade. She holds both CCS and Licensed Customs Broker credentials and brings deep expertise in trade compliance management, including EAR, ITAR, HTS, and regulatory oversight for agencies such as the FDA and CPSC. Kristen has managed complex compliance and logistics programs across a wide range of commodities, ensuring adherence through strong processes, training, and audits. Her background also includes advising on broker and forwarder performance to maintain regulatory integrity.

Joshua Kaplan is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at OCEANAIR and has been part of his family’s business for over a decade. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Joshua brings a long-term, relationship-driven perspective to his role. He focuses on building and strengthening strategic partnerships that support OCEANAIR’s growth and collaboration efforts, helping connect clients and partners with solutions that create lasting value for the organization.
