The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has extended through April 18, 2021 the exclusion of the following List 1 goods from China from the additional 25% Section 301 tariffs.

Exclusions are available for any product that meets the specified product description, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request. The scope of each exclusion is governed by the scope of the specified 10-digit HTSUS subheadings and product descriptions and not by the product descriptions in any particular request.
Exclusion Extensions Not Granted by the USTR
The tariff exclusion granted in April 2019 for the following items are not being extended and will, therefore, expire on April 18, 2020, at which time the 25% additional tariffs will again be imposed.
