Through the NCBFAA’s efforts in meetings with the Federal Agencies and letters to CBP and DHS, along with the efforts of NCBFAA members represented on the Trade Support Network and Trade Leadership Council, ITDS Board of Directors and COAC, we are pleased with the direction the Border Interagency Executive Council, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the White House are taking with the revised ACE Migration plan.
