As of November 16, at 5 P.M., DDTC no longer accepted paper filings for Commodity Jurisdiction Requests (CJ’s). Effective Monday, November 21, 2016, DDTC began accepting electronic filings through the new Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS). This new system will replace DTRADE and EFS and allows users to save drafts and copy previously inputted data.
