Kristen Morneau is OCEANAIR’s Compliance Director and has maintained a long-standing relationship with the company for a decade. She holds both CCS and Licensed Customs Broker credentials and brings deep expertise in trade compliance management, including EAR, ITAR, HTS, and regulatory oversight for agencies such as the FDA and CPSC. Kristen has managed complex compliance and logistics programs across a wide range of commodities, ensuring adherence through strong processes, training, and audits. Her background also includes advising on broker and forwarder performance to maintain regulatory integrity.

Ludovic Ortuno is a senior economic development professional with more than 20 years of experience in export development, investment attraction, site selection, and industry analysis. He oversees CIDEP’s Trade Services for U.S. state clients, delivering more than 200 projects annually to help U.S. exporters enter and grow in the Canadian market. Since 2015, he has contributed to SIDO export training programs for trade professionals across more than 40 U.S. states and has worked with the John H. Chafee Center for International Business since 2018, supporting Rhode Island companies expanding into Canada. A Canadian and French national of Spanish origin, Ludovic is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
